Limitation of Liability

Users acknowledge that the restaurant cannot be in any way responsible for any damages of any nature and species (including loss of data), while browsing the website or using the services made available by the restaurant, such as table reservations, order management, messages, etc.

Customers are also responsible for the correctness of the data entered and for the conclusion of any contracts signed with the restaurant.

Privacy

Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, code regarding the protection of personal data, we inform you of the following information:

The processing takes place electronically and automatically. Personal data is processed exclusively by electronic means with restricted access, only to persons in charge of processing and in full compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to the Technical Regulations on minimum security measures.

Customer area registration

When registering in the private area of the Restaurant, it is necessary to enter some personal data, including Name, Surname, Telephone Number and E-Mail address: all these data are saved in encrypted and protected form, you can modify and update the data in the personal area in the profile section: alleriaristorante.it/clienti/?p=areaprivata&s=profilo

Messages

Messages sent via Whatsapp, SMS and messages sent from the customer area to the restaurant are saved in encrypted and protected form. They are automatically deleted 14 days after the last message sent, in order to provide an adequate level of customer assistance and at the same time guarantee their privacy.

Reservations and Orders

Data on reservations and orders placed are automatically canceled within 24 hours of their conclusion.

Detect IP address

Visitors' IP address is used to monitor any direct attacks on our server, to counter unauthorized excesses and the insertion of SPAM messages, within the terms established by law and only for the time necessary to carry out the checks and implement the necessary security measures.

Cookies
